Dr Church always listens well and doesn't try to put words in your mouth. He always tries the gentlest least invasive approach first and if that doesn't work he then suggests specialist help or a different approach. He has exactly the right balance of friendly, approachable and business like.

He could translate test results into layman's terms so that patients do not have to ask for interpretations. He is a great GP so this sounds really petty; I'm sure he would do it on request.
